Many things happened during 2015! I experienced the ownership of a studio, from the start, and sadly till the end.. but on the bright side I learned a lot, and had the opportunity to experience a lot too !!!
I worked for some models agencies, doing some test shoots, and also some creatives ones. Made me learned more about the planification part of being a photographer, and also gave me the chance to meet incredible people from the industry !!!
I became a Mentor for the Headshot crew !!! and this is for me a big part of 2015 because It means that have been recognize by my peers, and most of all by my own mentor Peter Hurley ! Nothing else could replace this feeling of pride !
I participated in the event “la nuit blanche à Montréal” and let people watch me working my magic on set !! it was fun :P
I went to the Fstoppers workshop in the Bahamas !!! And this was an incredible Experience ! I met so many talented people there !!!
And of course, I participated in the the Photo Throwdown Challenge and Won !!! This experience mark 2015 as an incredible year !!! it made me think a lot about my future and also gave me more confidence in my work but also in myself, which will certainly help me making 2016 even more incredible !
On a more personal note, I want to thank my friends and family for always being there for me, believing in me, pushing me toward my dreams and distracting me when needed !! I love you all !
So now what ? Well, now I’ll be Working even harder to make 2016 sooo crazier !
Tellement de choses se sont passées en 2015, c’est malade !!!
J’ai eu la chance de vivre un aperçu de ce que peut être la vie d’une photographe propriétaire de son propre studio ! Ce qui m’a permis d’apprendre, de créer et d’expérimenter en masse.
J’ai travaillé pour des agences de modèles, fait quelques test shoot, mais aussi des séances plus créatives qui m’ont permise d’une part, d’apprendre à planifier correctement une séance, et d’autre part, m’ont données l’opportunité de rencontrer des gens du domaine exceptionnels et talentueux !
Je suis devenue une Mentore pour le Heashot Crew !!! c’est un événement important pour moi, car ce titre est une reconnaissance de mes pairs et plus précisément de mon propre Mentor Peter Hurley ! Ce sentiment de fierté restera irremplaçable !
J’ai participé à l’événement de la nuit blanche, et ainsi donné au public un aperçu de la magie que je crée lors de mes séances photo....Ce qui fut bien amusant !
Je suis allée à l’atelier Fstoppers aux Bahamas !!! J’y ai vécu une expérience incroyable qui m’a permis de rencontrer tellement de gens talentueux ! C’était hallucinant de voir toutes ces personnes réunies au même endroit pendant plusieurs jours !
Et bien évidemment, j’ai participé au défi Photo Throwdown et j’ai Gagnéee ouiiii. Cet événement marque 2015 comme une année incroyable ! Participer à cette émission m’a permis de commencer une réflexion sur mon avenir, de me remettre en question, mais surtout m’a donné confiance en mon travail et en moi-même, ce qui va certainement m’aider à rendre 2016 encore plus incroyable !
Sur une note plus personnelle, j’aimerais remercier mes amis et ma famille qui sont toujours présents pour moi, croient en moi, continuent de me pousser vers les objectifs que je me suis donnés, et quand il le faut savent me distraire :P Je vous aime !
Donc maintenant, reste plus qu’à :P Je m’apprête donc à travailler encore plus fort afin que 2016 soit une année beaucoup plus folle !
